On OCT 14th, my album "BE OK", as the industry says, "drops". sounds depressing. i am going to say that on OCT 14th, my album "BE OK" LIFTS!!!! you can find it online and in retail stores all over the country. it contains new songs, covers, live stuff...a mixed bag o' fun. some proceeds go to stand up to cancer so no illegal downloading allowed!!

"Be OK" video debuts at Stand Up 2 Cancer website
Directed by Pam Thomas, "Be OK" makes it debut at MySpace Impact for social and civic engagement to also drive awareness for Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at raising funds to accelerate cancer research and end cancer's reign as a leading cause of death.
Centered around the title track, Ingrid's benefit project "Be OK" - composed of previously unreleased songs, covers, and live recordings that have become favorites in her set list over the past year will be released October 14 on her own Cabin 24 Records. A portion of the proceeds from the project will be donated to SU2C. The single is available now at iTunes and Amazon.com.
